All applications for enrolment at Crescent Lagoon will be considered dependent on vacancies. Currently we have enrolment vacancies in most year levels. The process followed, is for applicants to make an appointment with the principal for an interview to discuss how your child’s needs are best met.

Please download and complete the following enrolment documents;

Media Release Consent Form,
Asthma Register,
2019 Parent Handbook,
Responsible Behaviour Plan for Students,
Tuckshop Menu,
Uniform Shop Price List, Religious Instruction Information Sheet and
Student Dress Code
and then contact the school office during working hours (7.45 am – 3.45 pm) to complete the enrolment process.
